Goodbye👋
50 + Slack Community Tools
Here's the full list of all tools.
I've divided the tools into 8 different categories and added the prices for each tool.
The first tool in each category is my personal favorite pick.
But here's the thing: There are a dozen different types of communities out there. Your use case might be different from mine. My top pick might not be yours, and that's totally okay!
The categories are:
- Onboarding
- Analytics & CRM
- Host & Organize Events
- Essentials
- 1:1 Meetings for Members
- Gamification
- Knowledge Base
- Miscellaneous Cool Tools
Enjoy!

Could I pretty please get a share?
I'm joking. Maybe I'm not. I don't know. Please share this newsletter if you like it❤️
I tried to find non-selfish reasons why I'd like this newsletter to grow. The truth is that I'd continue writing this even if I had just a single subscriber (Hi Mom!).
We need a reason that's compelling for me AND you.
Here's what I came up with: Milestone-based super projects.
A super project is something that would require at least 50 hours of dedicated research from me on top of my full-time job.
Here are some ideas:
- 20 Zapier workflow templates that you can immediately use for your community
- Actual engagement & growth benchmarks for all types of Slack communities
- A full-on report on how to measure community ROI (with some spreadsheet magic)
I'll do one of these once we reach 125 subscribers. Right now we're at 77.
Just reply with an email to let me know which one of these sounds the coolest to you or if you have any suggestions for other super projects.
You can share the newsletter homepage here.
Goodbye👋
If Covid wasn't enough already, we also have to deal with a recession now. The truth is that many companies will cut community budgets, but don't be scared. This is an opportunity for you and me to prove the real value of community in hard times.
When it feels like the world is crumbling around you, a community where you belong is a safe haven.
It will be a long & difficult fight. But we'll win it together❤️
See you next time :)
